HJA Fabrications manufacture any design required for Soffits, Fascias and Wall Cladding which offers a virtually maintenance-free, weather and corrosion-resistant roof finish.
HJA Fabrications design and manufacture fascia and soffit profiles to almost any size or shape, including curved, bullnose and elliptical designs. We can produce fascia and soffit sections to match existing profiles creating a comprehensive style and design for your roof application. We use a Plank System to ensure our soffits are manufactured to a high standard in order to provide a perfect finish to your roof edge details.

HJA Fabrications soffit panel and plank systems are versatile, easy to install and attractive.
Soffits are integral to any roofing project as they protect the underside of roof edges and help maintain weather resistance. This increases the longevity and decreases the need for roof maintenance. They are an appealing and effective element of any roofing system.
Individually designed to suit your requirements, HJA Fabrications offer three standard systems, although others can be developed. Where necessary, we can also incorporate ventilation slots into the soffit systems.
Aluminium soffit systems are polyester powder coated (PPC) and available in a wide range of BS and RAL colours. Standard availability from sign off of production drawings is 2 – 3 weeks.
Plank Soffit System
We use a Plank System to ensure our soffits are manufactured to a high standard and provide a perfect finish to your roof edge details.
The plank aluminium soffit system produces the traditional “shiplap” appearance. Supplied in 3-metre lengths, as standard, the widths are custom made to suit the soffit width. Plank aluminium soffit systems also have a concealed fixing arrangement.
Secret Fix Soffit System
HJA Fabrications Secret Fix aluminium soffit system eliminates visible fixings to provide a seamless, uninterrupted soffit line.
Panels are supplied in 3-metre lengths, as standard, but other lengths can be produced to integrate with windows, columns, mullions or other gridline influences.
Standard Panel Soffit System
The standard panel aluminium soffit system provides a practical and low-cost soffit solution. To reduce their visual impact, colour matched fasteners are supplied.
Aluminium Fascias
HJA Fabrications aluminium fascias come in a wide range of styles and sizes to give you choice and variety in your roofing decisions. Fascias are an essential aspect of a roof’s aesthetic and therefore we will provide you assistance from the design to the installation process.
Aluminium fascias provide minimal maintenance, are very lightweight and extremely high quality.
- Square and rectangular profiles offer a traditional appearance to building eaves and are commonly used in refurbishment and replacement projects.
- Bullnose and quadrant fascias are very popular and provide a contemporary finish to a building.
- Elliptical and aerofoil fascias produce modern, sleek lines to an eaves design, especially useful when it is necessary to disguise a deep roof construction.
Supplied in 3-metre lengths, as standard, the widths are custom made to suit the soffit width. Other lengths can also be supplied to facilitate matching windows, columns, mullions or other gridline influences.
Brackets and carcassing can be supplied where necessary to provide a purpose-made support system which can speed up installation.
All fascia profiles can be designed to integrate with HJA soffit ranges. Where necessary, ventilation slots can be incorporated into the eaves system. Feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements.
Aluminium Column Cladding
HJA Fabrications PPC aluminium column casings range is the perfect solution for retail environments, commercial offices, education and other high traffic areas.
The bespoke manufacturing techniques used ensure that any cladded building structure is precisely matched to the surrounding environment. Advanced British manufacturing techniques deliver a robust yet lightweight construction, combined with a high-quality range of finishes.
Our Secret Fix wall cladding is folded and fixed in an original design that shows no screw holes in the cladding. The cladding slots together to make all fixings invisible.
A vast selection of design options can be selected, giving you to power to craft the exact, finished solution necessary. An almost endless range of shapes and sizes can be manufactured. PPC aluminium column casings are renowned for their suitability for almost any application. Column casings are available in extended heights and in sectional constructions.
Manufacture
Fabricated using lightweight aluminium, these durable column casings have a 3mm metal skin. Column casings can be supplied in lengths of up to 4m if required, a supplementary internal support frame can be supplied for large configurations comprising more than two sections.
The joint detail consists of a 20mm recess, this can remain exposed or be filled with a feature gasket or material to suit the column body. Aluminium components comply with BS EN 485-2.
Finish Options
We have a close relationship with a local coating company, who are BSEN9002 registered, and the coating is guaranteed for 25 years by the HMG. This means we can offer a vast range of colours available in all RAL or BS 4800/381C colours as well as metallic options. The PPC finish complies with BS 6496/7 and BSEN9002.
Fire Performance
All PPC aluminium column casings are manufactured from ferrous and nonferrous metals, all columns are non-combustible and comply with Class ‘0’ spread of flame to BS 476-4.

We have worked for many years with a local coating company who are BSEN9002 registered, who deliver high-quality finishes to all of our aluminium fabrications.
With a comprehensive range of colours available from standard RAL & BS Colours to Metallics, your soffit, fascia or cladding will perfectly match your project. Our coating is guaranteed for 25 years by the HMG, providing you a long-lasting attractive finish.
